📦 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@mixblaze.store with your order number and photos of the issue.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping


❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
